1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Acceptance of Terms

Acceptance is deemed to occur at the earlier of: (a) the completion of account registration; or (b) your first use of any Service on the ha77 platform, whether or not you have created an account. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all respects.

3. Eligibility

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of ha77 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or gambling ban that would prohibit you from using online betting services.
• You have not previously had an account closed by ha77 for breach of these Terms.
• Your use of ha77 is for personal entertainment only and does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

ha77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ha77. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ha77 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including incorrect date of birth, name, address, or payment details — constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ha77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ha77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ha77 immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ha77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of this commitment, we may request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or driving licence, together with proof of address and proof of payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ha77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ha77 currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ha77 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment method used and any applicable account tier. Current deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within the ha77 account portal. ha77 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to Player accounts in real time upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times for withdrawals typically range from a few minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected and the completion status of any applicable KYC verification. ha77 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timescales but commits to processing requests without unreasonable delay.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical feasibility. ha77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Players must ensure their payment account details are accurate; ha77 accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrectly specified account due to Player error.

5.5 Transaction Fees

ha77 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may impose their own transaction charges in accordance with their individual fee schedules. ha77 has no control over third-party fees and cannot reimburse them.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ha77 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, seasonal offers (including promotions around BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or Victory Day), and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly as a multiplier (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds cannot be withdrawn. Players should review specific bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ha77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, ha77 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account without prior notice.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed through ha77 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. ha77 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except where an error on the part of ha77 is established.

7.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that ha77 publishes incorrect odds, spreads, or game parameters due to a technical error or human error, ha77 reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and refund stakes to the affected Players. ha77 will endeavour to identify and correct pricing errors as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee that all bets placed before an error is identified will be honoured at the incorrect price.

7.3 Void Bets and Settlements

Bets may be declared void where the underlying event is abandoned, postponed beyond the settlement deadline specified by ha77, or where the result cannot be determined with sufficient certainty. Void bets will result in the return of the original stake to the Player's account. Settlement decisions made by ha77 are final, subject to the complaints process described in Section 15.

7.4 Maximum Payout Limits

ha77 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across different product categories. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated within the ha77 platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap amount; the excess will be forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ha77 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one ha77 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or account usage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets, access the platform, or otherwise interact with ha77 Services.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of casino games or betting markets.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to sporting events offered on ha77.
• Using ha77 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ha77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing self-exclusion or responsible gaming restrictions imposed on an account.
• Accessing ha77 through a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

ha77 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to confirmed prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances and pending withdrawals, and referral of evidence to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ha77 platform — including but not limited to software code, page layouts, graphic design elements, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and audio-visual material — is the exclusive intellectual property of ha77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ha77 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, resale, modification, reverse engineering, screen scraping, data mining, or any commercial use of ha77 content without the express prior written consent of ha77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ha77's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform and its Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ha77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from the use of or inability to use the ha77 platform, even if ha77 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

ha77 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to Services. ha77 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned outages in advance.

11. Responsible Gaming

ha77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. We recognise that while most Players engage with ha77 for entertainment within their means, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviour that causes financial or personal harm.

ha77 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately for decreases and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account cannot be used and no deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from ha77. A self-exclusion request closes the account indefinitely and prevents the Player from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

A Player may close their ha77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any pending withdrawal requests and the settlement of any outstanding bets. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied.

12.2 Termination by ha77

ha77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected; (b) an account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so; or (d) the continued operation of the account poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to ha77.

Where an account is closed by ha77 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited entirely and the matter referred to the relevant authorities.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. ha77 may apply a dormancy administration fee of ৳100 per month to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold has been reached, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied. If an account balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ha77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the updated terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at ha77.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised with each amendment. Your continued use of ha77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law, as applied to the ha77 platform's operational framework.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and ha77, the Player should first contact the ha77 customer support team at [email protected] with a full description of the issue. ha77 commits to acknowledging all dispute submissions within 2 business days and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal customer support process, the Player may escalate the matter through written correspondence addressed to the ha77 dispute resolution team. ha77's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding except in cases of manifest error.
